Please note: You can't abandon step 2 and use force to pull it out, it will be difficult for a weak person or woman to pull it out; a strong person may just pull the wire hard out of the cork, and the cork will not move, as in It's like a slippery thread, and it's not so easy to screw it in.

Pneumatic bottle opener:
