Materials for making the corkscrew

Time:2021-12-13 Views:

There are many kinds of wine corkscrews, and the ease of use of various wine utensils is also different in price and purpose.

Generally, like the aluminum handle you mentioned, it saves effort and looks good. But personally, it is the most bulky corkscrew.

Our house uses the normal spiral type (the one with small serrations). It doesn’t take too much effort. A bottle of red wine is screwed in, lifted, changed to the bottom and lifted again. The stopper comes out and it’s very practical.

The air pressure is not bad, it’s quite expensive, but it feels pretty good, but it’s too long

Ordinary carbon structural steel (such as Q235) can be used for practice, but the strength is poor and it is not practical.

High-quality carbon structural steel (such as 35 steel, 45 steel), after being manufactured, has medium strength and practicality.

Carbon tool steel (such as T8 steel, T10 steel), after production, has high strength and good practicability.

Spring steel (such as 65Mn) has good strength and long life after production.

Stainless steel (such as 201, 202, 304, etc.), after production is completed, has good strength and does not rust.

The material thickness should be 1.5-2 mm.
